My mission has always been to support children in finding happiness, building confidence and developing resilience. 

After graduating with an Honours degree and a PGCE from the University of Cape Town, I began my career teaching in Cape Town, South Africa where my passion for education and working with children flourished. I later moved into the HIV not-for-profit sector for 15 years, where I worked directly with communities, deepening my understanding of how a positive mindset can transform lives.

As a certified Adventures in Wisdom™ Coach, I specialise in mindset development and emotional well-being. I guide children in navigating challenges, managing emotions and developing a strong sense of self, equipping them with skills that last a lifetime.

As a mother of two, I understand the importance of a safe, supportive space where children feel heard, valued and empowered. My approach is warm and rooted in the belief that every child has the potential to be happy and thrive. 

I love reading biographies and self help books, whether that's cuddled by the fire or on a sandy beach.

Based in London, I work with kids, parents and educators virtually and in person. Whether through one-on-one sessions or group programs, I am committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
